Actually, you'll need a little more than just a hammer.

Here's a supply list:
flowers or leaves to print
watercolor or other rough, acid-free paper
selection of hammers (including ball-peen or cross-peen, if possible)
hard work surface (cutting board, slab of wood, etc.)
paper towels
tweezers or toothpicks
acrylic finishing spray (optional)

500 ml – 2 cups milk
200 gms – 1 cup sugar

Wicked Good Fish Tacos

Try this when you need a delicious, no fuss meal.


Blackened fish

1 pound Talapia fillets
2 to 3 tsps blackening seasoning, (Old Bay or Paul Prudhomme)
2 tbsp canola oil

Wicked good fish taco sauce

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonaisse
2 tbsp lime juice
1 to 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
1 tbsp Penzey's Arizona Dreaming
½ tsp Kosher salt
⅓ purple cabbage, thin sliced
½ red onion, thin sliced
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
4 taco sized flour or corn tortillas, (I used flour tortillas)

Raw Lamingtons {Low Sugar, Gluten Free}

These raw lamingtons are a decadent treat that is low in sugar but high in fun. They are made with coconut and cashews and just a little bit of honey to sweeten them.


2 cups desiccated coconut
2 cups raw cashews
1 1/4 cup water
1 banana
3-4 tablespoons honey
1 generous teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
100g/3.5 ozs raspberries (thawed if frozen)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chia seeds
100g/3.5 fl ozs coconut oil, liquid (place in hot water)
6 tablespoons raw cacao
Honey to taste
2 cups coconut flakes
