4 egg whites
just under 1 cup (200 g) regular sugar

The filling:

1 quantity vanilla pastry cream
1 2/3 – 2 1/4 cup (400-500 ml) heavy cream, whipped
1 3/4 oz./approx. 1/2 cup (50 g) salted peanuts
1 quantity caramel sauce (the runnier version)
2 bananas
3/4 – 1 oz. (20-30 g) chocolate, grated
