It’s a tradition every Christmas and Easter in my home to make this smooth and creamy Toblerone chocolate ice cream. The reason is simple, it’s so amazingly delicious. Easy to make with only four ingredients and it only takes about 15 minutes to put together! Perfect dessert for any occasions!
100gr Toblerone chocolate
1/2 liter heavy cream
6 egg yolks
100 gr brown sugar
Beat egg yolks and brown sugar together with electric mixer on high speed until smooth and light. Beat 1/2 liter whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Chop the Toplerone with a knife into smaller pieces. Mix it all together very gently. Pour the mixture into a storage container or you can use a silicone baking mold. Cover well with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer overnight or until it is frozen solid.
Make a batch, freeze the leftovers, and eat it all week long!
